Clinic Fees and Payment

Telephone Consultation: No charge

New Patient: $99 (approximately 90 minutes)
Includes form filing, detailed medical and lifestyle history intake and discussion, assessment, evaluation, and first treatment (if patient is a candidate).

Myoskeletal Visits: $70 (per session)
Follow-up Myoskeletal visits generally run 60-90 minutes and include reassessment and treatment.

Myoskeletal massage is intended to improve posture and alignment of the bony framework of the human body.

Remedial Massage Visits: $16.50 (per 15 minute session)
Follow-up Remedial massage visits run 30-60 minutes depending on need and may include reassessment.

Remedial massage is used with patients who suffer from any type of muscle pain other than that caused by skeletal misalignment. These include accident victims, overuse injuries, muscle compensation patterns, and other soft tissue dysfunction. May be used for myoskeletal patients when advanced to a maintenance program.

Follow-up Remedial Massage visits run 30-60 minutes depending on need and may include reassessment.

Fees:
Fees are due at time of service.  New patients pay upon checking in. Payment may be made in cash or by credit/debit card. We also accept payments from some Health Savings Account cards, but acceptance of this option is governed by your account program.  If patient’s HSA payment is declined, patient remains responsible for payment.

Note: Please be aware that Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal does not accept Worker’s Compensation or Automobile Accident insurance at this time. Insurance companies currently offering health insurance policies for residents of the State of New Hampshire do not contract with licensed massage therapists as providers at this time. However, patients may be able to file claims with their insurance company directly. Please call your insurance carrier or speak with your benefits representative to determine what information they require to reimburse you, and we will provide it to you.
