We’re Changing Online Scheduling Software!

Please be aware that Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal LLC will start using Acuity Scheduling for our online scheduler on November 13th, 2017.

This is a business upgrade and their application is much more updated, flexible, reliable than Modojenda. Acuity Scheduling should have a similar look and feel to it. You will still receive notification when booking your appointment and you will still receive a notification 24 hours prior to your appointment. What is new is you will now receive an email after your appointment with information about feedback.  There will be links to review sites Google, Healthgrades, Angie’s List, and Wellness.com. Please do review us! Feedback is always appreciated and nearly all of our patients come to us by referral.

If you need to retrieve any information from your Modojenda account, please do so by January 15th, 2018. I will shut down the MBM account entirely on that date. Thank you and I hope you enjoy using Acuity to book your appointments here!

New Service Option Announcement!

Starting November 13th, we’ll offer a 30-minute option of clinical massage for $40. That’s 30 minutes treatment time, so please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a quick consultation and a clothes change if you need it! Our 30-minute sessions are not covered under either Protocol Care or Loyalty Plans.

Emergency Service

As many of you know, Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal offers Urgent Care service for all current and new patients, both during and outside of our regular business hours.

Urgent Care service visits outside of regular business hours cannot be scheduled using our online scheduler. Patients seeking Urgent Care while we are closed must call (603) 935-8422 to be seen.

We do not have a stand by therapist if our therapist is unavailable.

We do not have a medical doctor on staff. True medical emergencies should dial 911 or visit an urgent care medical clinic or hospital emergency room.

If you’ve been away for awhile and are thinking of coming back in, please note that “Myoskeletal Massage” and “Remedial Massage” are no longer separate services.  Our sole regular service is now called “Clinical Massage” and we offer 60- and 90-minute session length choices.

“Clinical Massage” combines Myoskeletal and Remedial techniques in a way that most benefits the patient based on their First Visit Assessment and however the patient presents on the day of their appointment.

No-Hassle Massage Visits

Do you need bodywork, but don’t want to undergo a full-body assessment, evaluation, and treatment plan? Perhaps you just want a massage or give the gift of massage to someone you know?

Please select the “Urgent Care” option in our online scheduler. We will always assess your complaints prior to treatment because it would be irresponsible for us not to! So please bear with us. We’ll still need the paperwork filled out (that’s the MBM law), too, so please download and print our forms and fill them out prior to your visit.

Got A Plan?

Some of you do! Some of you have already finished your second Plan segments and will soon get a 10% discount on any service for a year without prepaying!

Whether it’s on-going maintenance or just to help lower the cost of the visits you need, the Protocol Care Plans and Loyalty Plans are a good way to go.
