Changes
Note: Our 2026 fee schedules have changed. For specifics, click Services > Rates and Fees Disclosures in the above menu.
Administration: We transitioned into a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Records & Maintenance system in March 2025. Our new secure Patient Portal is live. Patients can access their accounts with us, indicate how they prefer we communicate with them, use secure messaging directly with our provider, receive notifications by SMS and email, complete and submit clinic forms securely, view past and future appointments, view and download payment invoices, and, of course, use our online appointment scheduler among other things.
Once a person becomes a patient of MBM, they will receive an invitation to join the portal. This involves entering the email address of record for that patient and a password. If a different email address is used other than the address of record, that patient will initiate an account separate from the one of record, which result in delays in access and loss of information from the old account.
Insurance
We are now in-network provider for the First Health network of companies as well as the Optum / VA Community Care Network. A formal physician referral with appropriate diagnoses is required. In certain cases, a prescription for Myoskeletal Therapy and/or medical massage is required.
Please visit our Insurance page under the Patients tab for information concerning VA, private insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and Medicare Supplement insurance claims. We may file claims with certain policies with Anthem of NH, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Florida Blue Gatorcare, Cigna Healthcare, the DuPage Medical Group LTD, Student Resources, Welfare Pension and Administration, MultiPlan/Claritev, and are adding more as permitted.
We are providers for medical massage covered by Part C Medicare Advantage PPO plans with out-of-network benefits. Patients must be formally referred by their diagnosing healthcare provider (medical doctor, doctor of osteopathy, nurse practitioner, or chiropractor) for a specific diagnosed and medically-indicated condition and the referral must include a request for consult, evaluation, and treatment. For more information see our insurance page on Medicare Advantage plan coverage. Referring physicians: Please read this page.
Check out our Commercial Insurance page under the Patients > Insurance tab. Be sure to note The No Surprises Act section of that page.

Referral to an appropriate medical professional may be required.
Urgent Care service visits outside of regular business hours may be scheduled using our online scheduler or by calling (603) 622-1112 to be seen.
We do not have a standby therapist if ours is unavailable.
We do not have a medical doctor on staff. Medical emergencies should dial 911 or visit an urgent care medical clinic or hospital emergency room.
