Veterans Administration

Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal LLC is an In-Network provider of massage therapy and related services for our nation’s veterans since 2019. If the Veterans Administration provides your health insurance requirements, your VA physician may choose to refer you for massage therapy as part of your Patient Centered Plan of Care. As such, the VA Community Care Office will provide us with a referral for massage therapy.

Veteran patients complete appropriate clinic intake documentation when they arrive for their appointment (or print the appropriate forms at home from our website ahead of time to avoid taking up valuable treatment time), pay the required co-pay (if any), and receive their treatment. We send claims to the VA’s payor for the veteran’s visit. There are no other out-of-pocket costs to the patient for VA-referred treatment except as described below.

In order for us to submit claims to the VA for services provided, patients must be referred to this clinic by the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network office (VACCN) and the VA must be the veteran’s primary insurance. Veterans may schedule visits in addition to their physician’s referral when self-paying if they so choose.

Any vet has the option to self-refer here without VA or physician referral and pay entirely out-of-pocket when service is rendered if they wish, just as any non-veteran patient does.

Veterans who agree to pay out-of-pocket may receive any service we offer. Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal LLC and the veteran must agree to this out-of-pocket payment in writing at least 48 hours prior to receiving such service except for MAT Urgent Care After Hours.

Veteran Eligibility: Any person pre-certified by the Veteran’s Administration to receive VA health care benefits is eligible for service as a veteran in this clinic. VA physician referral alone does not guarantee eligibility.
