Patient Portal

Manchester-Bedford Myoskeletal (MBM) employs a HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Records and Management System. Patients have access to their accounts through our patient portal. This includes:

  • Account management to update certain personal and contact information;
  • Secure messaging directly with our provider;
  • 2-way document sharing such as sending radiology reports to us or sending visit summaries to the patient;
  • Invoice viewing, paying, saving, or printing;
  • Appointment viewing calendar, booking, rescheduling, canceling, or reviewing appointment history and future appointments
  • Complete some clinic forms viewing, saving, printing;
  • Managing payments if you keep or wish to maintain a credit card on file for convenience of paying copays, coinsurances, deductibles, invoices, cancellation fees, or point-of-service appointments. Note: Payment card information is maintained with our merchant services, not by MBM.

Each new patient will receive in their email an invitation to join our portal after their initial visit. Access to the portal is limited only to patients and is not available to the public or new patients who have not yet attended their initial visit. No person has access to another patient’s records within our portal. If a patient wishes to share their records with any other person or medical office, they must request, complete, and submit our records release form. Or they must file a similar form with that person or provider to forward your information from them to us.

We highly advise patients NOT to share their portal login information with anyone else unless legally obliged to do so. We also advise patients not to access their portal accounts on a public, shared, or unsecured Wi-Fi systems.
